HORIZONTAL BALER. FY81 MODEL

Applications:

The series of Fluidca's hydraulic balers model FY81 are recommended in steel plants, recycling, ferrous and non-ferrous foundry industry, for pressing metals (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, car dismantlers) that accept loads in furnaces (cubes, cylinders, octagons), in order to reduce transport costs and increase the loading speed in ovens.

Specifications:

1.- Hydraulic drive in all models, control with manual valve or PLC.

2.- Bale discharge type "dump", "lateral" or "frontal".

3.- Fixing screws are not required in the installation, you can use a diesel engine (optional).

4.- Compaction force of 63 to 400 tons; productivity of 4 to 40 tons per 8-hour shift.

5.- The size of the compaction chamber, bale size, compaction force and shape of the bale can be customized.
