Applications:

The series of Fluidica hydraulic balers model FY81 are recommended in steel plants, recycling, ferrous and non-ferrous foundry industry, for pressing metals (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, car dismantlers) that accept loads in furnaces (cubes, cylinders, octagons), in order to reduce transportation costs and increase the loading speed in ovens.

Specifications:

1.- Hydraulic drive in all models, control with manual valve or PLC.

2.- Bale dump type "dump", "lateral" or "frontal".

3.- Fixing screws are not required in the installation, you can use a diesel engine (optional).

4.- Compaction force of 63 to 400 tons; productivity of 4 to 40 tons per 8-hour shift.

5.- The size of the compaction chamber, size of the bale, compaction force and bale shape can be customized.
