The compaction presses model FAC of Fluidica, are fully automatic and will work continuously while the cans are entering the compaction chamber, this type of compactors has automatic shutdown when the hopper is empty.
The direct loading is the process of cans without the need for pre-processes such as pre-pressing, The jam of cans is eliminated by the use of an agitator. The agitator rolls when the main cylinder is returning, the rotary agitator breaks the clog and forces the cans towards the compaction chamber. Bale size and density are determined by a specifically designed system consisting of only four sensors, or it can be changed by the optional dashboard. This system has been tested in dirty and harsh environments of recovery centers with very good results in its operation.
FAC compactors offer two Pressure / Density calibrations, which can be selected at the control panel switch, or can be changed little by little on the optional control panel. The high calibration is for aluminum or canned steel, the low calibration is for compacting canned steel in low density and low weight.
The areas for the service are wide, allowing easy access. All friction components are installed and designed for easy replacement.
Fluidica offers five models of compactors for cans depending on your business and volume. All models are available with or without conveyor, four of these models offer the ability to compact aluminum and steel cans.
The Fluidica compaction presses produce bales that are twice the density of normal compactors, so the bales are accepted by the main aluminum producers and can recycling institutions. The bales have slots to stack and tie easily, the bales do not need a special platform for transport.
