In Mexico, around 7,000 million of Polyaluminium containers are produced per year. Years ago, the accumulation of Polyaluminium containers in garbage dumps, landfills and streets was a very common problem.

In several parts of the world, processes have been implemented for the recovery of Polyaluminium containers, but until recently, in Mexico, a process for the generation of useful and ecological products derived from the treatment of Polyaluminium containers began to be used.
